Near the end of the day after the execution took place, the remaining students would find a small note in their rooms, right in front of their doors. It appeared as if someone had slipped the piece of paper through the small gap between door and floor. Either way, it would be unwise to ignore such a message and thus, you were compelled to pick it up and give it a read.
[Please come to the dining room at 8:30 am tomorrow. We need to discuss the secret room. -Madoka]
Whether you were fond of the detective or not, you couldn't deny that the secret room was definitely a pressing matter. After all, someone could easily use it in a similar fashion as the deceased members did, so this was something that you couldn't afford to miss. Therefore, at the described time and location, you find yourself surrounded by your remaining classmates, patiently waiting for the resident detective to speak up.
Fortunately, you didn't have to wait long - as soon as the last student took their place, Madoka stood up, looking at the student body as a whole.
"Thanks for coming, everyone. I appreciate your cooperation."
"Let's not beat around the bush and address the matter at hand - how should we proceed with the secret room found in the Butler's lab?
"There's a few options that we could take. Option number one, we try to make the room inaccessible as a whole. We shove a closet or dresser in front of it, so no one could use it for any possible misdeeds."
"However, I think option number two would benefit us more as whole; we could transfer our kitchen guard to the secret room, along with the weapons. Naturally, that would mean that the kitchen knives are unguarded, but... given what happened, I think there's only so much we can do."
"... It would allow the guards to pick up on any strange occurences, even outside the kitchen. They could react to emergencies more quickly, while also making it more difficult for anyone who tries to commit another murder."
"However, before we can employ such a guard, we need to figure out which number matches up with which screen first. I have a solution for that, but it would require everyone's cooperation. I hope you're willing to help out, even if it might be a bit time consuming."
"It's actually quite easy, really - while one of us goes to the secret room and uses the earpiece to go through every room, the rest of us is scattered through all other rooms and will make noises; naturally, not all at once. One of us should start at an agreed time and make noises for one minute, so the observer has enough time to go through all rooms and then note down from where they heard it. When that minute is over, the next person will begin to make noises and this will continue until all rooms are covered."
"To ensure that no one can falsify that list, we should repeat this procedure with three different observers. I would like to be among them, if that's alright."
"... So, what's your opinion on that, everyone?"
