[EXECUTION] Waltz of the Snowflakes

[Krampusuke]

A large set of doors at the back of the trial room fly open and a chain with a collar attached launches out. As others leap out of the way to avoid the sudden hunk of metal launching across the trial room locks in place around Karina's neck. Almost as instantly as it latched onto her, it begins to drag her out of the room down a set of stairs. The doors then immediately slam back shut before anyone has a chance to follow her down. The screen that had been displaying the results of the trial's vote now switched to a camera feed of a circular room.

Karina comes tumbling into the room as the door behind her slams shut and locks tightly. As she gets up to observe her surroundings, a bright light turns on at the center of the room, blinding her for a moment. The light bathes across the circular room in all directions, causing her shadow to stretch and spread across the wall behind her. Just then, a song begins to play throughout, echoing across the confined space. Although many watching in on her punishment wouldn't recognize the tune playing, she begins to move with a sense of familiarity and expertise.

Gliding around the room effortlessly, her shadow travels on the wall alongside her like a second dancer. But as she leaps into the air to do a twirl something strange happens to the wall alongside her. The shadow following alongside her starts to morph and twist as it spins, forming into the shape of a cartoonish wolf carrying a pitchfork. Just in that moment the music begins to distort and speed up, changing the whimsical tune into something much more creepy and unnatural sounding.

Suddenly large blades sprout up from the floor all around the circular room. Karina nearly leaps right into one of the blades, and in her attempt to avoid it loses her balance stumbling across the floor. Right as she starts to get up the ground below her starts to shake and rumble. The shadow of Krampusuke on the wall begins to make a motion as if he's giggling. Despite everything that's happening around her, she gets back up to her feet and continues to perform her ballet to the music. As she continues, the rumbling seems to secede, as if pleased that the performance is continuing.

However, the awkward change in tempo and the large blades getting in the way prove to be notable obstacles in the way of her typical ballet routine. With every misstep that she makes due to the timing or the blades results in the ground trembling slightly, which only puts her at further risk of losing her footing once again. Yet still, she continues to twirl and dance her way in a circle over and over. Even though her once typical routine had been turned into some twisted death trap she continues to persist.

But as time continues and with each small mistake she makes the ground continues to rumble and small cracks begin to spiderweb their way across the floor. Until eventually the floor starts to shift and sink downwards as it begins crumble away. As the ground shifts, she loses her footing once again and accidentally slides by one of the blades, just slightly grazing her left leg. Tumbling to the ground into a small puddle of her own blood, she looks up at the ceiling. There she sees Krampusuke dangling from a chain on the ceiling with his pitchfork in one paw and a flashlight being used to cast his shadow on the wall in the other. Upon noticing her looking up at him, he begins to wave his pitchfork at her tauntingly.

In a last ditch effort she gets up and leaps up into the air towards him. She grabs onto his pitchfork and begins dangling from the ceiling along with him as the floor beneath her starts to crumble away. After glancing down at the ground, she looks back up to Krampusuke only to see a devilish smirk on his plush face. In that moment he lets go of his trademark pitchfork and sends Karina toppling back down to the floor below.

In an attempt to try and land safely she spins around in the air only to realize that she's falling down right on top of one of the blades. She slams into the sharp steel, impaling her through the abdomen. Just in that moment, the ground gives way and the the entire floor caves in, sending debris, the blades, and Karina's body tumbling into the abyss.

Karina Karamazov, the Super High School Level Ballerina, has been Executed.
